The CaseParlor is slowly closing down.
WHY THE CHANGE?
Due to recent changes in supply consistency and our plans with future endeavors, we are closing down our case business for now. We'll be solely focused on Solstice Guitars and our renowned repair work going forward.
We have limited inventory remaining. See below for available cases!
Fitting Assistance & Order Inquiries
Our distribution partners are having a hard time with their inventory consistency. We don't know if something is in stock, about to run out, or about to come back in. This has made the management on our end very difficult. Shipping costs have also increased drastically. By changing our minimum and making all requests by special order for now, we can still offer our fitting services and be resource for luthiers and our best customers.
Not right now. The best thing to do is fill out the form here to make a request.
We only do special orders of two or more cases now. If the cases are in stock, your order will ship within 48 hours. Otherwise, all back-orders are typically fulfilled within 60 days.
Nope. We help find you the right size from our vast selection of Guardian models.
We are eager to find you a proper fit. If the case you order doesn’t fit, we will do a personal fitting assessment and find you one that does fit. We charge a flat $35 exchange fee. We will provide you with a return shipping label and you can send back the first case to us in the original box. We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving it. If you wish to do a return for a full refund, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping costs after we receive the returned case. Visit our policy page for return details and terms.
Yes. Sometimes we can. You must order a minimum of two cases. Make a request and we can quote the shipping cost to your country.
